Question Finding Compatible Memory

I am in the process of building a computer. I am considering the MSI Pro B650M_P motherboard. I checked the approved memory on the MSI site. I am having a difficult time finding the memory that they list. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

why?
just no local stores that have any available?
there should be a very intensive list of specific models.
any major online retailer should carry more than a few of them.

where are you located,
where are you shopping,
what size/speed/timings are you looking for,
what budget are you aiming for?

I copy the memory info and do a search. Maybe I am doing something wrong. Maybe what I am finding is updated.
