Finding Correct Motherboard

Solution
Not really.

If you want to forgo a GPU for now, then the APUs are the only real option for gaming.

I'd suggest the R5 2400G over the 2200G as it's just a stronger GPU.

As for the BIOS update issue, where are you located (as in, City) ? A local store would be the best place to buy a board, as they should be able to update the BIOS for you.

On the build specifically
1. opt for faster memory. 2x4GB @ 3000MHz would be ideal. The Ryzen chips (and the APU graphics) really benefit from faster memory.
2. The PSU isn't great for the price.
3. The case is probably too much money on such a budget build - $60 or so on a $500 budget is really disproportionate IMO.

Looks like you're aiming for ~$500?

Depending on your local market, a used GPU might make the most sense.

No GPU in there, but a solid foundation throughout.

A used GPU (in order, worst to best)
750
HD7790
R7 260X
750TI
660
660TI
HD7870
R9 270
R9 270X
R7 370
GTX 760
GTX 950
GTX 960

IF you could find any of those GPUs for say, <$100.... you'd be miles and miles ahead of the R3 setup
