Question Finished build up and running, but a few hiccups with RAM

I recently finished building my first AMD pc. A little bit of a learning curve, but I got it up and running. My main issue at the moment is that I can't figure out how to get my RAM to run at the speed I bought. First though, here's my build list for reference:

In BIOS it shows it running, by default, at 4800 (purchased speed is 5600). If I use the (only) XMP profile in the BIOS to enable 5600, I get an orange and a yellow light on the MB; does not boot into windows, just black screen. Can someone tell me what I am missing?

Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? If you've got any updates pending, update them, then enable X.M.P or manually input the info on the ram kit into BIOS.

Ok, I think I know what happened there...so specs are

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600x
Motherboard: MSI b650 Tomahawk WIFI
Ram: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5600 (2x16)
SSD/HDD: Samsung 980 Pro M.2 Nvme (OS), three storage drives (2 WD Blue 1 TB, 1 Hitachi 1 TB-2.5)
GPU: MSI Mech 2X OC Radeon 6650 XT 8gb
PSU: CoolerMaster G600 600W 80+ Gold
Chassis: NZXT h710
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Monitor: Samsung SJ55W
BIOS version: 1.10

The manual entry is what I was having a problem with. I normally don't mess with much more than boot and security stuff in BIOS, unless there's an issue; and this is the first AMD pc I've built and my first one to have a speed issue. I didn't see where in the BIOS to do a manual input; I mean, I see the selection, but when I go to it there isn't anything coming up to fill in...

Edit: Ok. After posting, I restarted and went into BIOS to look. There's a preset XMP profile (1 of 6) that was already set to the specs of my RAM. But when I previously tried it, it crashed a few minutes later (BSOD) - sorry I didn't write down the specific number, but it was a memory error. So, maybe I need to ask a different question. Is there something about AMD and memory where I need to train it somehow? My first attempt with the default XMP profile didn't work. After that, I tried XMP off with one stick; then added the second stick and rebooted. That's what was stable before...but just now I enabled that profile and it is still running fine.
