Finished building computer, Windows failing to boot.

Yes, everything is working.

My BIOS recognizes the RAM, the Hard drive, the DVDRW drive..

I have no idea what the problem could be..

My only thought is maybe the DVDRW drive is broken, but I can hear the CD spinning in it and the light is flashing that it is reading it.

Maybe my Windows 7 CD is bad?

I wanna say CD or drive. Just because its spinning and the light is flashing doesnt mean everything else is working about it. Rare but maybe check and change the data cable for the drive.

I already switched them.

This is making no sense right now..

"Disk Boot Failure, Insert System Disk and Press Enter", is the generic message the computer gives when it cant find a bootable drive.

The boot order or hard drive order in the bios sounds out of wack. Set the boot order to make the DVD drive first, and the HD second. Some bios have a boot menu key like F8 that will allow you to choose your boot device for that particular startup.

Other than that I wonder if the windows disc is legit, or a bad copy. Many times when people copy a disc, or DL an image they mess up the boot image so the DVD is not bootable.
