If the T2X team hadn't used their little installer and had just used
Darkloader, those files would have been backed up while T2X was installed
and restored afterwards.
Basically, the old rule saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" applies
to Thief 2. No need to use the T2X installer and have their little
launcher running the whole time. Oh well, people seem to want to do
things the hard way and then complain about the results.
