LOL oh yea its the default browser on an OS that 1% of the PC world use. yea they won't be in trouble at all if no one uses it :)

They won't be, because nobody pays them anything anyway. My point is that the software will continue to be developed regardless of how many people hate on FF.

.. that is, of course, assuming that Ubuntu won't switch to Chrome as default =)

Why the Versions numbers war is such stupid BS:

If that WAS true, then people would have been flocking to Opera since its been version 11.xx for about 6 months, version 10.xx for over a year before 11.0.

Wouldn't have people have disregarded Chrome 1~3, considering Opera's age?

there still calling version 6 nighly? i tried finding the x64 version of 6 and ended up with a nightly build of version 8 LOL

It looks funny that you're using the Nightly web browser :) but it still works the same as FF. It even uses your customized settings in the menus and anything in about:config that you changed manually. I have to decide now whether I will keep using this or just switch back to the x32 version until November. 10% isn't a big deal but you could argue if it's just as stable then why not keep the extra 10%.

I found one potential problem with it, but it's not the web browser that's broken--it's Adobe Flash x64. Steve Jobs is quietly whispering to me "I told you so" but Flash x32 works fine on this one particular web site that I need to use occasionally. So for best compatibility we're stuck with 32 bits for now.
