Question Firmware download location needed for the KTC M27T20 ?

I just bought this monitor and have read that I need to update the firmware. I have looked everywhere and can’t find where to download it from. I even tried contacting KTC support with no luck. Anyone know where I can get it? Help would be greatly appreciated.

be very careful updating the firmware, only the specific one for your current firmware version will work, a different one will update, but eventually destroy it

Go to the official website or support page of the manufacturer to locate the firmware download place for the KTC M27T20. Search for a "Support" or "Downloads" section, while creating sure you're choosing the right model. Please contact customer service if you need help finding the firmware files.
