First build advice needed.

Hey guys.

I've owned a high end system before, when I was back home living the easy life under my parents roof.

Currently I'm in Dubai, working like a dog, cheffing. I had to leave my system behind when I came up here in March this year.

I've decide to build a new system, I don't want to spend major cash as I'm not planning on staying here for very long, but at the same time I'm somebody who wants a great performing system.

The only game I'm truly interested in is Dota 2. With that being said I could spend hours playing straight on my off day so I want a solid system.

Budget being around 4000 AED OR $1000, I'd like this to include a decent screen, mouse+ pad and keyboard. I'm one to spend a little more if it provides clear advantages.

This is not good at all.

-PSU is low quality and too low wattage. Change for Antec, XFX, seasonic, EVGA (G2,B2,GS)
-Motherboard is WAY too low end and REQUIRES a BIOS update in which you NEED a compatible CPU to do.
-i7 is completely pointless. An i5 games exactly the same and costs less.
