New build turns on but nothing on screen

Power Supply - EVGA 600
ASRock B450 Pro
Amd Ryzen 5 2600 6 core, 12 thread processor. 3.9 ghz max boost/3.4 ghz base
GSkill Ripjaws ddr4-3200 16G*2 RAM
ASRock Phantom Gaming Radeon RX570
Western Digital 1TB SATA 6Gb/s

Move video cable to the graphics card. The motherboard video ports are only active with cpu models with integrated graphics, ie 2400G.

Hopefully that does it.

The PCIe power cable looks fine. I mean the video cable at the back, move it down to the RX570 video ports. If don't have Hdmi/Displayport cable, ya gonna have to get one.

Hmm, so you tried that already. What monitor do you have?

Having another look at your pictures, you don't have any ram installed?

Ok thanks, I moved the new hdmi cable that came with the new monitor down to the RX570 but still nothing.

Oh no i see it, Gskill, was hiding from me. You'll want to move it to the second slot. Think you have it in the first. Make sure it's properly seated and latches lock both sides of the dimm.

Okay, I turned off power for 20 seconds then moved to slot A2. Both sides clicked in secure. powered on and still nothing.

If there are power related cables that you plug into the power supply (Modular), ie PCIe plug, make sure that side is connected right.

Check the monitor is on the correct input channel. It should auto switch but check anyway.

It does look like the cpu's fan is connected to cpu_fan header, check that it is and not connected to cha_fan,

Check the graphics card is also seated properly, maybe pull it out and back in.

checked all the checklist and uninstalled then reinstalled everything last night. Still nothing...

Hmm what could it be. Do you have a TV with Hdmi you can test with?

Nailed It! Thanks for all your patience. I should have tried that sooner but would have never suspected the brand new hdmi cord that came with the brand new monitor would be bad.
