Sapphire r9 290x
16g kington hyperx black 1600mhz
Seidon 120 liquid cooler
Samsung 120g ssd
Wd 2tb hdd
Asus 990fx sabertooth
Nzxt phantom 410 atx case
Corsair 750 watt enthusiast series

I was debateing about a sound card if anyone has recommendations for that?

You forgot the most important thing.....the budget. People can only recommend based on your budget, so the build mentioned may be good enough or not good enough....depending on the amount of cash you are willing to spend.
