i understand your reasoning mostly, but why only 8 gb ram, and why no liquid cooling?

If its a gaming build then 8 gb is pretty much the tops, I don't know of any games that fully use 8gb of ram yet. In addition, CLOSED loop water cooling is no good (H60) and is matched by air coolers. CUSTOM watercooling is on a league of its own and offers exceptional performance but is pricy and needs maintenance. Regardless, the Hyper 212 is a very nice cooler he suggested and I would also suggest that cooler to you.

My guess is to save you money because those are not necessary. But if you have the money, need more memory and want a water cooler, then go for it.
