will this computer build work im trying to make a gaming pc but im not sure if these would work and connect together please help and also the reason i chose this power supply and mother board was because in the future i plan for more graphics cards but i am not sure if this will work

That's an ethernet card. It won't give you WiFi.

i forgot to ask how many fans can i plug into the mother board??

3 system (i.e. general/case) fans, plus one CPU fan.

You can still use more through peripheral connectors etc.
