Let's start with your CPU cooler. The Deepcool Gammaxx, while affordable, does not compare against the Hyper 212 EVO. I decreased the Ram, as you won't find a huge performance increase. Switched your SSD to a Samsung 850 EVO 250GB. It is faster, more reliable, and a larger size. I have a 120GB SSD as of now, and I wish I bought the 250GB model. 120GB is simply not enough to store games, programs, and the OS on. Biggest change is the GPU. Wait for the GTX 1070 to launch. It is benchmarked by Nvidia to be faster than a Titan X, and only $379. It releases May 27th I believe. Finally, DO NOT buy a CX power supply. They are rated Tier 4 by the PSU tier list. I swapped it for a Tier 1 EVGA GS 650W PSU. Everything else looks fine, best of...

Admirable
Okay, a few things, I would go back to 2133MHz RAM as the motherboard can't use faster RAM via XMP, as it is disabled on H170 motherboards. I would also wait a little bit longer and get the GTX 1070 instead as there is a significant performance upgrade there AND, despite what the person above says, it is only faster than the titan X in VR applications, we don't know about in standard gaming. You also don't need the CPU cooler as the i5 6500 comes with one already, it is only if you live in a hot area or you want a quiet PC is it worth spending the extra money. And the cooler does compare very well with the CM 212 EVO, and generally I recommend the cryorig h7 as it is better than both

I'm also not familiar with that SSD that you are using, I would go with something like the Sandisk Ultra II, which is an excellent drive.
And now for the big one, the PSU, the CX 600 is an okay unit for basic computers but for gaming, it isn't recommended, as there are much better units which are designed for the conditions that gaming computers deal with, something like the EVGA g2 550W is much better suited for your build

if the cost of the ram is the same leave the faster ram in the build. if you have a local micro center the 6500 i5 has a 30.00 instant combo off with some mb, if your going to wait for 1070 in june then wait foir intel to drop the kurby lake cpu and the 200 chipset in june. there the next rev of skylake.

Thanks! I think I will stick with the CPU cooler because it can push 43c in summer, and I will take the advice of changing my PSU, my budget is around the $1300 AUS mark (around $960 USD) I don't think when the 1070 is released ill buy it as over here there will be limited stocks and a backlog (because there isn't many reliable PC parts retailers) and it will push me over budget, (it will probably be around the 700-800+ mark. As for the RAM thank you for pointing that out, ill definitely change that. I will also look into the SSDs, other than that thanks!

Hi,
I'm running the same CPU with GTX 780 overclocked and as my PSU, I'm using a Seasonic S12II 620 watts. It is a reliable bronze rated PSU, but a downside for you might be it is not modular (seasonic however makes amodular series too...). It would be well enough for your setup, you might even get away with 520 watt version of this PSU. SO here is my recommendation.
