Hey guys , This is going to be my First PC build and I am going to use it for pure gaming and browsing . I'm having a 10 year old Vaio Laptop and it's too outdated to play new games with it's 1 gig ram . I've already had Some parts in my mind , I searched alot on the Internet but then I only got more confused :/ .

So , These are the parts I need for my build :

CPU ( i5 4690 k ? )
GPU ( gtx 970 ? )
Motherboard
Case
Display ( 1080p )
Power Supply
Ram
Storage ( Prefer a ssd and a hdd , or is hybrid better ? )
Cpu Cooler ( cm 212 evo ? )
Optical Drive.

Budget = 80 k INR max , not a rupee higher ;-; but if price will drop please tell me :) , All Parts Should be Available in Indian Online Stores. ( flipkart.com , amazon.in , ebay.in , snapdeals.com , primeabgb.com,etc ) because I'm from India and I don't have local stores near my home . aaand about oc and sli/Crossfire , I might do oc in future but i'm not sure about Sli/Crossfire. I'll be purchasing parts in or after march 28 ( approximate ) .

Thank you ,
