Good, this one has a cheaper but same performance graphics card, better psu, valid OS and an SSD. The Windows 7 Pro copy that costed only £36 is a recovery disc for DELL computers, almost fell for that mistake myself

If it is too high of a price for you, then take out the SSD
 
You have enough for some decent decent headsets and a keyboard/mouse combo.

The only limiting factor is that it's a dual core. It doesn't have hyper threading or anything to help boost it. When you come across a game that would take advantage of more cores effectively, then it'll suffer a tad bit, but will still out perform the i3 if you overclock it.

The fx 6300 suffers on single threaded performance but gaming difference in more recent games wouldn't have a huge performance difference. You will notice a performance difference in older games though.
