(I'm French and 17 so please forgive me if my English isn't that great)

Hi there, I'll soon build myself my first pc (i've been on a laptop with a 960m for three years now).
I can spend at maximum 1300 euros (I live in France) and I've already got keyboard, mouse and a 144hz monitor. I was thinking to go for a ryzen 5 3600 and a 2060 Super (I would like to stay with Nvidia) and it would be great to get 32 gigs of ram as it's quite important for 3d modelling (I think that 3000-3200mhz would be great as I'm going with ryzen). The main questions I have are ; is it possible to get all of that for 1300€ and if so, what models can you recommend ?
Oh and WiFi would be awesome...

Thank you very much for helping me :)

Hey guys, one last thing, it says that in pcpartpicker :
  • Note:The MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON AC ATX AM4 Motherboard has an additional 4-pin ATX power connector but the SeaSonic FOCUS Gold 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply does not. This connector is used to supply additional 12V current to the motherboard. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands such as extreme overclocking or large video card current draws may require it.
Is that a big problem?

This problem is essentially a non-issue because the motherboard has those connectors for CPU's and GPU's that draw a lot of power, but the parts that you have do not need the supplemental power. The 3600 and 2060S are fairly low wattage parts. If you are thinking about upgrading the CPU to a 3900x in the future your motherboard will require the extra power. To assuage this concern you can opt for the 750w or 850w version of the say PSU from Seasonic that comes with the cables required.
