Hello, I'm building a PC for the 1st time. This is my second thread on the topic as I've completely re-thought all my components. I want to play recently released games on Ultra or Very High such as Crysis, Far Cry 4 & The Witcher.

I do NOT want to overclock my system. Please advice me how I can improve the build!
Budget: £700 or $1,092.

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core ( £131.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 (£63.42 @ Amazon)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 (£57.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series 120GB 2.5" SSD (£41.46 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM (£43.20 @ Amazon)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 290 4GB PCS+ (£199.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Thermaltake Versa H23 ATX Mid Tower (£26.68 @ Scan)
Power: Supply EVGA 500W ATX12V / EPS12V (£29.99 @ Amazon)

Cheaper the better. But I do have £100 leeway, Advice welcomed. Thanks in advance.

Note: I have a OS already.
