Build Advice First PC build, any recommendations?

I am picking out parts for a PC, and I think I've made sure everything will work. I will be using it for some gaming, hosting a small server, but mostly just using it as my normal computer. Trying to keep it <$2000, but still don't have a monitor. Here's the link. As I said, I don't have a monitor, if you have any recommendations maybe under $300 that aren't too crazy, please give them, but maybe that limit is too low. Thanks!

At first glance, it looks like it will all "work"...the parts look to be compatible.

Cooler is good. SSD is OK.

But there's several things in there that don't excite me: motherboard, case, power supply.

What's the over-riding reason for a 13700K....rather than 13600k, 13700, 14600K, 14700K

Do you need a "gaming" keyboard"?

Have you deliberately rejected 700 series motherboards? or ATX motherboards generally, rather than mATX?

Case fans....I assume those were chosen for the RGB effect?

Not a major deal, but I'd probably lean toward DDR 5 as the price differential is minimal.

Any reason for 64 gb RAM rather than 32 other than "nice to have and I might need it"?
