First PC Build Need Help

I'm slowly but surely saving up money to build a PC for myself. All I currently have is my school issued laptop to play games on so a self built PC will be a big step up. I'm hoping to build by mid July or early August. I'm hoping that the new Nivida GPU's come out by then. I plan to use my build for video editing, gaming, and some light programing. I hope to play games like CSGO, Fallout 4, Skyrim, Minecraft, Witcher 3. Here is the parts list. Also any building or PC advice in general is welcomed. Thanks in advance. Also my budget is about 1500 with moniter and OS included.

the 212 evo comes with good thermal compound.
in answer to your other thread that 6600k is pretty damned nice. best is a relative term. fastest? most efficient? coolest?

You're wrong.. The RM series is a "tier 3" PSU.
