first pc build problem

So o built my pc and i have a z77 extreme 4 with an intel 3570k on.
I launch it for the first time then it shows astock screen , then black screen and shuts down , and repeats the same process. Ive tried installing bios update by clicking instant flash(After putting it in a usb it worked good)
I only got the drivers update disc. Do i have to install windows again? Cause i dont have a cd.

I Wonna know every singe thing that might causes it. Everything insidde my pc looks good

Edit: I dont think its the heatsing cause when i see the temperature in Bios menu it doesnt go higher than 35 degrees

CPU has the 4/4+4 pin, and also make sure the 20/20+4 pin is plugged in as well.
Also, check how much watts your PSU have. Make sure you have enough juice to support your Motherboard/CPU/GPU...etc...

I have a 450 watt psu

I have intel core i5 3570k NOT OCED
10 gb of ram
Extreme4m z77
Evo 212 cooler
Geforce gtx 450
500gb HDD
and the dvd

Isnt 450 watt enough for this?
