Question First pc build using AIO =(

Hello, i'm am currently putting together a gaming pc on CLX. Unfortunately they only offer AIO cooling for cpu and no air cooling options. I have never used an AIO cooler but have heard horror stories about them and don't want my new expensive build to be ruined by an AIO cooler. What i'm wondering, is AIO cooling really something to be concerned about, are the horror stories about them ruining expensive pc builds with leaks and pump problems real or are they actually a safe and reliable method of cooling your cpu. I'm going with an i5-12600KF or an i7-12700KF cpu and AIO cooling is recommended but not required as i understand it. But if you have experience and knowledge to share in regards to AIO cooling and coolers that might help me put my fears about it aside i would greatly appreciate and love to hear your feedback in regards to this. AIOs are in abundant use with minimal fuss or concern using them.

Why are you using CLX vice building you own rig? It isn't that difficult.
