Hey guys,

I'm totally new to PC build. I want to get the build at about 1300$ and play GTA V, Metal Gear and other at 1080p 60fps with high-settings.

I'm thinking about:

CPU- i7-6700k
Cooler- Corsair H60
MB- MSI Z170A Gaming M5 LGA1151
RAM- G Skill Ripjaws V 16gb (2x8) DDR4-2800MHz
SSD- Samsung 850 Evo 128gb
HDD- WD Blue 1TB 7200rpm
GPU- MSI GeForce GTX 970 4gb TF5
Case- Corsair 300R Windowed (Mid Tower Case)
PSU- Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze

PCPartPicker says it costs about 1318$ with discounts included...
Can you guys please look over it, find any incompatibilities, better solutions for the same budget, anything I should replace?

Thanks guys

Solution
Yes CPU and motherboard are the same socket. But Corsair's CX PSU's are low quality, look at Corsair's RM, RMx and RMi series and also 970 is little weak if you want everything maxed out @60fps if you can live with few settings turn down to high then go for it it's still smart purchase 😀

Do you think the rest is ok?
I'm a bit suspicious about the case because of the side window, it's a bit weird...

600W is enough?

Yes the rest is fine. The case is good, why are you suspicious? 😀

Yes 600-650w is enough just make sure it's high quality like 80+gold. You can go with other manufacter aswell doesnt have to be corsair. Look at EVGA, seasonic, Cooler master, Enermax, Bequiet!, xfx , super flower these are the best brands including corsair.

I mean, I know the case is good but the window is a bit ugly with those "things" probably for ventilation I don't know...
Can't I find better cases in these aspect at the same price?

That's a good idea but it requires to pick something cheaper...
I'm thinking about going with a Corsair RM650 (80 plus gold) and only 8gb of ram (G Skill 2800Mhz as well) in order not to spend more than my pocket allows!

What do you think? 8Gb is enough or I really need 16?

Yes those are for mounting fans on the side panel to cool down GPU and CPU. Ofc you can, but when it comes down to cases it's just your personal opinion that counts, you need to like it. Fractal design has good cases, also check out bequiet, nanoxia, antec, thermaltake. They have such "classic" cases like corsair.

Good choice! No 8gb is fine for now and for a year or two. After all it's not a problem to buy extra ram and put that ram stick in your motherboard .D
