1 thing i live outside US so newegg is impossible if you can find parts at this site www.alternate.nl or another dutch site with .nl it will be fine you can give me sites that have international shipping too but dutch is best the pc is obviously for gaming and sometimes school i want to have an budget of MAX 600 Euro

its good bould . however instead of getting a x4 970 you could get the amd phenom x4 955 and with the money save get better ram like the Mushkin 8 GB DDR3-1600

1. Yeah, 4GB of RAM is enough. Just get 2x2GB instead of one 4GB stick. better performance in Dual Channel mode.

2. Depends on your needs. Any 23" HD 5ms LCD or LED monitor is good to me.
