First PC Builds Issue

These are the parts we used in the builds
Me and my brother have the exact problem, the pc will only power on properly with one stick ( which is in port 1) it goes into bios and everything. Now if we use both the sticks everything powers on normally except we get nothing on our monitors shows up. We know its not the ram because the issue appears on both builds. What seems to be the problem?
Note: All of our parts are the same ones used in the vid and my brothers pc build is the same as mine

Ok so i enabled XMP and now the ram works fine, right now were gonna install up windows
