First time build wont boot I need help ???

I am using:
intel pentium g3220 socket lga 1150 processor
asrock h97m-itx socket lga 1150 motherboard
cooler master elite 460w power supply unit
and 1x4gb ddr3 hp sdram memory modual please help no onboard speaker so I cant get any feedback from it when it posts. the hdd light is on for a few seconds and there is audiable hdd activity but no display. processor fan case fan and power sup fan are all spinning. tried multiple video inputs and completely removed motherboard from case to prevent possible short please help this is my first build and I want to get it to work.

Not a good power supply choice. I would start their, and get a quality unit. Antec, XFX, Seasonic, Evga B2/G2/GS series. Even the inexpensive Evga 500b would be far superior to that CM. Have you tried changing the slot the ram sits in?

No you do not need to buy a graphics card. The Pentium G3220 has Intel HD graphics built in. 😉
