Hello everyone yesterday I build my first computer but after connecting all the components on the motherboard and pressing the start button on the case all the fans and rgb start but I get no image and the pc restarts after some time, stars again and restarts again..
Keyboard and mouse also have the lights on.

One time it restarted when I was connecting the HDMI to the monitor.

These are all the components:

Motherboard: GIGABYTE B760M DS3H AX DDR4
CPU: Intel 12400F
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz
SSD: Crucial P3 Plus 1tb PCle 4.0 NVMe M.2

GPU: Rt 6650xt 8gb

PSU: *You probably won't know about his one. Couldn't find it on pages in English*
Altek 850w 110v and 50hz

I live in Ecuador and the voltage is 120v and 60hz.
Could that be the issue?

I didn't connect any speaker so I didn't hear beeps.

I know absolutely nothing about your local market....however, generally speaking a local shopping environment would offer products for the standard in that locale. I checked an online site for voltages used for different countries and I did not see a listing for 110/50 (unless I missed it), it was 220 or more.

How did you source this power supply?

If you have 120/60 (chart says 127, but anyway) then that is the compatible power supply you need to run this system. It appears that your issue could be one of voltage/amps in that when you run a 50hz 'machine' from 60hz the lower hz item creates more impedance load decreasing voltage output.
This article isn't specifically about power supplies, but explains the premise.

That's an image with more info about the psu.
Other psu units on store had the voltage range from 100-240v and the frequency from 50-60Hz. I bought this one online without knowing all the info from the image.

The one I have on the box only says 110v and 50hz.
