First Time Building computer! Tell me If these will work!

First I get a Barebon Kit: GIGABYTE GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 Motherboard, Intel Core i5-2500K Unlocked CPU, Corsair 4GB DDR3 RAM, Seagate 1TB HDD, 24x DVDRW, CoolerMaster Tower Case, 600W PSU

Then I plan to attach the following:
1.Windows 7 Home Premium
2. Plus CORSAIR Vengeance 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600.
3. MSI N560GTX Twin Frozr II/OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) Video Card - 1028MB, GDDR5, Overclocked

I also wish to overclock my CPU to 4.5GHz so I'm planning on getting:
4.Corsair CWCH50-1 Hydro H50 CPU Liquid Cooler - 120mm Fan

Is there something else that I should attach or change? will something not work? Should I change my power supply or my cooling system?

Is this a good computer for it's price? I am willing to spend $1000 so should I change something XP

One thing that would help all of us help you is what do you plan on doing with your computer? If you're going after a gaming computer for today's games (as opposed to games from 2006 and the like), then you should focus heavily on the video card. If not into gaming, but video processing, then the processor could use an upgrade - the i7-2600K is much better for that. If it's just for the Internet, then a cheap computer with a lot of low-end parts will do very well.

There is one thing you're forgetting though - a monitor. For a gaming computer or video processing of HD video, you'll want a monitor that supports a high resolution (1920x1200 is generally a good one). For an image-editing computer, then 1680x1050 or 1440x900 are good. A tiny 1024x768 is sufficient for Internet browsing.

1)If your willing to spend the extra 100dollars then get the 2600k.
2)8gb is overkill unless you edit video etc. for gaming/internet/normal use 4gb is plenty/more than enough.
3a newer monitor would be nice. something with 2-5ms, 1080/1920, led, 22inch+ asus/lg make really good monitors for around 150-180.
4)The 560ti is a higher end card. future proof it with an extra 560 and you'll be able to max any game
