first time building pc

i was hoping you guys could give me advice on which parts to take for my first custom build. I've got a $700 budget excluding the monitor key board and mouse. it is going to be for gaming and coding. so i need something powerful. if needed i can go a little over that budget. my operating system is going to be windows. either 8 or 10. I'm going for a 2k monitor.

If you can go a little over the budget, then this is the build for you.
If you can't go this high, get a r9 280x.
