This is my recommendation, small ssd is for OS, games and software caching, 500 gb ssd is just for material, 4 tb hdd for your storage, 2k IPS monitor for editing, and 1080p 144hz for gaming. Vega 13 is kind of old software and prefers Intel's faster single core and IGPU. If you plan to upgrade to Vega 15, I will suggest Ryzen 7 2700X/2800X.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7GHz 6-Core Processor ($369.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG - R1 Universal 76.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($89.84 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock - Z370 Extreme4 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($158.88 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)...
very unbalanced build, CPU too weak, no need for the 3rd party cooler, H310 lacks PCIE lanes, 64 gb ssd too small, 5900 RPM HDD too slow, why the widescreen monitor? keyboard is overspent for the budget, mouse too.

What is your major usage? Please describe as detailed as possible. If video editing, majority work is still CPU intensive. What resolution? Max budget is ~ $1650?

It would be primarily for gaming and video editing, and it isnt nessesally a set budget i just dont want the price to go up if it doesnt need to, i realized that iwould need a bigger ssd, i changed that, what would you suggest for cpu and motherboard
