First time Gaming PC Budget 700-750$ Help please!!

Helloo Everyone I'm planning to build a Gaming pc for christmas and also kinda beginner in building a gaming pc.

so i already got a couple of ideas of what i want. also this computer is Main for Gaming, browsing web alot and Watching movies but at least i want to play lastest Game at high performers with no lag. just one monitor probably no more than 24inc.

An H67 motherboard would be good. Why are getting a green drive it is slow. Get a 7200 rpm drive.
