(FIX)Personalize not working(FIX)

I can change my account picture, also the desktop wallpaper, and i change the accent color(many times before) until this morning suddenly the personalize is not working.

here is the screenshot for better explanation, whenever i click personalize nothing happens.

Right Click on This PC (My computer) or move your mouse to the up-right corner to acces your Windows Sidebar, choose settings then click on PC Info.
A window will apear.
Look at Windows Activation.
It should say that "Windows is activated"
If it isn't, then you will need to enter/buy a working product key.

If i remember correctly i did some registry tweak for my SSD, and run ccleaner ?
can that affect that ?

Is the user Admin?check if there are restrictions for personalizing in control panel.Also try accessing accesing personalize by going into change PC settings when u move ur mouse to top right corner.

Only one user, and i think its (im) the Admin, well, its not really troubling me, but im stuck with gray color.

I fixed it. and i want to share it for future references.

Here is what i did.
i run CMD as Admin. then type sfc/scannow
after 76% i got an error which say "windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation"
so i search over the net, and found out that my registry is tweaked.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ (ProgramFilesDir, ProgramFilesDir (x86))
i change it before to D:\Programs and the default Value is C:\Program Files (x86) and C:\Program Files
so i change it back to default.

and run the sfc/scannow again.

and it finish up to 100%, restart my system and finally, i can change/use my Personalize again.
and change back my registry back to D:\Programs again.

** and i noticed in my start menu (the metro) there is one new program installed. and i see the "Windows Media Player" is highlight with color, and i remember i disable "Windows Media Player" before.
I think by just enabling it, it will fix your Personalize**
