Flash Drive Supervisory

Is it possible to do a supervision on external device (software or feature)? As removing and inserting files?
If so Is there a way to know which files and what date?

The files all will have a creation and modification date on them if you look at the properties.

Tnx for the fast replay, i meant how can i create a software or feature that do a supervision by itself on the flash drive
a software that will know alone when the flash drive inserted to the pc or ejected etc.
