Question flashing bios 2080ti overclock problem

hello everyone sorry my english because i'm italian and i'm using google tsnlate, i have a gpu 2080ti msi gaming x trio that reaches a maximum of 330watts i through the flashing of the bios I wanted to bring it to 400watts and after some problems everything went smoothly , but I don't notice any increase in performance neither in core clock nor in voltage / voltage, someone help me please!

Firmware upgrades aren't magic. They can't suddenly increase your hardware speed to 9000% from thin air. Also I would like to have less power demand from GPU with keeping the same performance.

Why would you like to increase the power consumption of the gpu by bios flashing that will definitely increase your gpu temps + increasing the voltage won't increase the performance

Also if u are interested in overclocking you don't need to bios flash your card you can just use the stock bios and use something like MSI Afterburner to increase the core clock, memory clocks no need to adjust voltages
You can look it up on youtube as for now i suggest reflashing your old bios (i am assuming u already saved it somewhere on your pc)
