Flashing Bios onto Brand New Motherboard

Hi,

I have been reading around the boards and webiste and I am confused on how to flash the bios to my Motherboard.

I just purchased a brand new system:

AMD X2 3800+
Asus M2N-E
Corsair PC5400 DDR2 675 512mbx2 Dual Channel
WD 7200RPM SATA 160GB HD
X1900GT Sapphire Card 256mb GDDR3
Coolmax 500W v2.01 "SLI" comes Nvidia recommended
Rosewill RCX-Z1 Fan

Now, I heard that the board comes with 0103 Bios version thats unstable and needs 0203. I'm wondering how I create or flash the bios update in this newly built computer when i first turn it on so that I won't have to deal with the memory issues before i install windows MCE

use another computer to get the new bios and load it to a floppy disk then install it from within the bios
