Flashing the DS3L

So, bios revision F8a just came out last night. Last week I ordered this board from NEWEGG and a E8400 pre-order.

Now, will I be able to flash the BIOS with a flash drive if for some reason it didn't ship with F8A? I'd rather not have to "borrow" someones CPU or buy a cheapo celeron to throw in to update the BIOS.

You should, almost all BIOS can be updated with a floppy

Ok from the way i read this you are worried that without the latest F8a bios the e8400 wont boot?
From what i read on gigabytes website that CPU is only supported with the F8a, there is a possibility it will boot (although wont show correct CPU settings) but if it doesnt you will NOT be able to flash it with anything until you get a cpu it will detect.
