Question Flickering and animation problem

I have problem in my pc when i play any game its flickering in edges i record a video please help me

Please help me i try everything go back to old nvidia driver using DDU clean windows installation 10 times try old drivers for motherboard go back to old BIOS and try cpu integrated graphics but problem not solve please help

I have the exact same problem. I've tried reïnstalling Windows10, reseating everything I can reseat, replacing GPU, replacing RAM, replacing storage device (HDD to SSD). I've also tried fiddling with oh so many configs in bios and nvidia. Nothing seems to work. Next up is changing motherboard/processor. Could this be related to the PSU? Anyone have any new insights on this problem?
