Hello,

I have issue with flickering outlines, some textures and such as you can see in linked video. Currently it is mostly visible in Hunt showdown. It's not related to its new update because I had this issue in old hunt aswell before the update. In video there is clip from Sea of thieves where roof and docks are flickering but not that much as in Hunt. Also I currently own ASUS TUF GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER O16G GAMING but this issue was present when I still had ASRock Radeon RX 6900 XT Phantom Gaming D 16G OC. I play on QHD 165Hz monitor

In video focus on building, outlines of trees, roofs.

Im in rent house so I dont want to make adjustments like drilling in the wall which I would have to take care off when moving again. What difference it would make anyway?

When you extend the original length of the cable via cable extensions and surge protectors, it increases the ohms, or electrical resistance through the circuit, causing a greater degree of voltage droop - some droop is expected though.
If it droops too much, it can cause problems, like the screen flickering, for example. That's why I asked if it was possible for you to play games while the monitor was plugged directly to the wall outlet.
If it's not possible to do that, then it is what it is, and can't rule out the possibility.
