Flickering / jagged edges in games

It's basically what the title says . I have a GTX 760 Superclocked video card and a benq G2320HDBL monitor . The flickering of the sharp objects is gamebreaking . Video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z07Hs1duaJQ&feature=youtu.be . Please help !

aa dont help, it blur and expand the flickering. supersampling down from 4 times the resolution is the only thing that works.
this sounds more like non native resolution on monitor

The resolution is fine . I've also tried chaning the resolution to like 1280x720 and the flickering / jagging persists . My native resolution is 1920x1080

looks ok, but notice the pixels edges when i look for them. is there any aa activated, forced on or toggled on? bad aa is the worst offender.

anti aliasing quality is set to very high in the game menu
