flickering of screen

slowly and rarely but it happens that my screen flickers ... i wonder if i am being monitored like someone is watching my computer activity but i find no activity in the task manager that is not normal...
what should i do?
i have only used porn hub website that is out of hte normal

you are going to need to provide a better description of what you mean by "flickering".

why would random screen corruption, or whatever it may be, lead you to believe that your system is being monitored by an outside source?

because its simlar to when people connec tto you to help you over the internet you know it becomes black for one second or less and goes back .

i've never experienced this as an issue at work or on a home network.
the most i see is maybe a pause in playing audio or video over less than a second.
