Question Flickering shadows, jumping around in a spicky patteren in all of my games. Text glitching as well?

Hi I have a desktop PC with an Nvidia GTX 1080ti strix graphiccard.

I have some interesting trouble, and I am afraid my graphiccard might be dying or something like it.

I am really at a loss on how this could happen, I tried resetting my pc completely new install and disable fast boot. But the trouble stays.

this sometimes happens when GPU cooler is not attached properly on your gpu, you could first try to repaste it and also check for ram and vrm thermal pads if they are still okay or needs replacement

I will attempt a repaste and thermalpad replacement and see if it does anything, would you by any chance know which sizes and thickness thermal pads it uses? I have arctic thermalpads available to me here where i live.

Checked my graphiccard from the sides, and poked the pads with a plastic straw, they're still soft.
