Could someone tell me the real-world, practical, and gaming performance one could potentially see with a higher amount of TFLOP's within the same type of GPU?

Lets use the 6800 XT as an example: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/radeon-rx-6800-xt.c3694

If I was comparing the XFX Speedster Merc 319 that advertises 41.47 TFLOPS vs the founders card at 20.74 TFLOPS gpu, would you actually see real performance while gaming or productivity work? https://versus.com/en/amd-radeon-rx-6800-xt-vs-xfx-radeon-rx-6800-xt-gaming

The same GPUs would have very similar performance, differing only by clock speeds.

In this case I believe that XFX are advertising the half precision number and AMD the single precision number. They are really listing the same performance level.

Sounds like its a marketing tactic but really the same performance as long as the core or boost clock speed is the same then

The Versus website is listing the wrong spec for the XFX card. It's using the half-precision FLOPS performance. The other two are using the single-precision FLOPS performance. If you look at TechPowerUp's website, you'll see they also list 41.47 TFLOPS rating... for half-precision.
