Hello all,
It seems as though I am now beyond my skills for troubleshooting so I am here for some help.
BLUF: I am now getting frequent fltmgr.sys BSOD's
What I have already tried (after search here and other places):
I still have the option for the reinstall to save data but remove aps and settings, as well as a complete format and reinstall but I'd rather exhaust all other potential options.
History:
Everything was fine, until I started having issues with a game I was playing (Neverwinter) it would crash randomly when loading new zone maps - just the game, not the computer. I have been trying to solve that problem, (driver updates, reinstall game, etc.) when suddenly it turned into this fltmgr issue. It is intermittent, sometimes it will go a few days, and sometimes it will be right after I turn the system on. I loaded in safe mode with no issue, but I only left it that way for a day so not sure what that means.
System info-
Windows 11 Home 64

BLUF: I am now getting frequent fltmgr.sys BSOD's
What I have already tried (after search here and other places):
- SFC/scannow - two bluetooth related files were fixed, but made no difference.
- DISM - no issues
- chkdsk - no issues
- Drivers - all up to date, several reinstalled just in case
- Memtest - Ran a few times, followed every thing I can find online but still can't actually find a log of the results, it does not come back up after reboot when memtest is done.
- Malware scan - clean
- System restore - no fix
- Reinstall from windows update - no fix
- windows troubleshoot - no issue found
I still have the option for the reinstall to save data but remove aps and settings, as well as a complete format and reinstall but I'd rather exhaust all other potential options.
