[SOLVED] Fluctuating GPU usage

Hello everyone. I have this problem of GPU usage droping from 100 to 0 (it ramdomly goes high and low) when i am gaming.

I have a laptop with i7 8550U , 8gb single channel ram , and R7 M460 Amd GPU with 4gb vram

i only play emulator games in Gameloop (pubgm/codm)

My cpu usage is about 30-40% only

RAM usage is about 6 to 7Gb while gaming

GPU temps reach about 80 degrees C

i tried complete removal and reinstallation of my gpu drivers (with DDU)

frequent error messages are (gpu time out detected and rendering failure)

IS it because of my single channel RAM?

or is my laptop POTATO enough to not even support Gameloop?

Stutters / Huge Fps drops ,game freeze or even crashes.
Driver timeout and rendering failure are two common error messages

usually this would be related to CPU.
if the CPU isn't providing enough data, or any, for the GPU to make use of then it's usage will drop as it waits for more.

Game crashes and

Driver timeout and rendering failure are two common error messages

but with the extra issues you seem to be facing i would first assume it is a malfunctioning graphics card.

try lowering resolution and all other in-game/in-app settings to the lowest available.
see if all of the issues still remain.

tried lowest graphics also. couldnt solve the problem. same Failed to create rendering window error.
