I know there are several WWI fan-boys out there, so I thought I'd post a
link to an upcoming free add-on to CFS3 that's in progress right now.
http://off.synapticshock.org/. I don't know the first thing about this (or
WWI for that matter), but the screenshots ceratinly look nice...

Thanks for the link, CFS3 is getting a lot more attention lately.
I guess the hardware has finally caught up with the code!

That part is true. But the game is still pretty iffy from a stability point
of view. I have to be very careful when playing it to make sure to exit
from menus only, and *never* Alt-Tab away from it!

In any case, the game is Bargain Bin fodder now. The FirePower add-on can
be had for 20 bucks at eBay or Amazon, so you can get yourself all set up in
this game for less than it would cost you to buy Pacific Fighters. :)

Yes it's still being sold at the local store here.
I've almost finished a FP campaign, and I've yet to see any stability issues
though.
It's been solid as a rock so far.
