I can see this product as "possible", but with big questions regarding its efficiency, both in absolute terms and relative to price and weight.

I'm not going to consider it a "possible", until I see something on an actual motherboard.
Not just a 3D render.

With possible I mean "possible to make". If produced and mounted on a CPU it would perform better than not having any cooler.

Given that it's on Etsy the seller is most likely a very small player that can't even afford to make a test sample unless someone else is willing to pay for it. I assume any performance figures are all based on theoretical calculations and the design then combined with nice esthetics.

There is no real photo of that cooler, nor the video. I think it's fake. Wouldn't trust.
