Question Fortnite Capped at 70 fps for no reason

Hi,

I've had this computer for around 5-6 months now and I've never experienced any problems with it, however when I went to play on fortnite today it ran up on 70 fps and it wasn't capped in settings / settings werent higher than usual (Normally I get 200-300fps in fortnite). I've turned vertical sync off in geforce control panel, i've updated my drivers, I've restarted my computer and I've changed settings in regedit my specs are below, thanks for helping people.

GPU - RTX 2080 8GB
CPU - Ryzen 7 2700x
2TB HDD
500GB SSD
750w PS

What about all other PC games ? They too are also "capped" ? Have you tried to ROLLBACK the GPU drivers ??
