Question Fortnite - fps problem with RTX 3060 and i7 11700KF

Hi i have problem with fps drops and low fps in fortnite. I reinstall windows 10 but the problem still exist.
I have updated drivers and BIOS.
My specs:
RTX 3060 Gaming OC 12GB
Intel Core i7-11700KF
Patriot 16GB (2x8GB) 4000MHz CL19 Viper RGB LED
NZXT Kraken X63 2x140mm
NZXT C750 750W 80 Plus Gold
1TB space

as u can see on the video i play on 240 fps but i have around 200.
I play on 1920x1080
