This was a pretty good forum until conroe came out, it's like back then everyone was comfortable in their positions as amd or intel fanboys. Now everything has changed and the intel boys or on the offensive while the amd boys are hunkiring down for a battle. Don't you guys agree????
 
Not Really, It'll Pass, It Was The Same when the X800 vs 6800 was on, Plus Here the Sad Part it NO ONE HAS IT! So It's Just BS if you ask me ^_^
 
Just you wait 'til the AM2 release gets closer... You'll notice that the group of intel fanboys who are migrating nearer and nearer to the door are only going to their cars to get their axes. WILL THIS CRAP NEVER END? THG forumz should set aside a sub-forum dedicated to the Fanboyism cult.

It still is a good forum. It's just threads like these that quaver our fanaticism
 
sorry,seems my humour was not all that well recieved.
You should know that THG is looking at setting up seperate areas for fanboys.
This is not the first time we have seen this type of activity.
This forum is here primarily to help people with cpu related problems.
Every once in a while we do get a large inrush of fanboys.
Some stick around and help. Most just sink back into the woodwork.
Personnaly, I enjoy the trolls more than the fanboys. They are funny.
Sometimes fanboys give bad advice, but there are usually a few regulars around to staighten things up.
 
LOL, Don't Worry the Hardware Section is Comming to its 1,000,000th Posting and Much of the latest spikes in posts of new topics if because of this Conroe and AM2. So don't worry. While we're all busy screing each others "Imaganary" girl friends and screwing eachother on Basis of Colour. Limme tell ya... I'm Blue. Yeas I'm blue da ba dee da ba die...I'm blue (if I was green I would die). Well I don't mean that in a sense of If im Intel I'm Still liking AMD more. But its from Eiffel65 its just a joke ya'll.

Aren't there any fanGIRLS around here? Why does it just have to be fanBOYZ? Don't girls care about picking a brand and defending it to the death?
 
Yea, I Do wonder If there are Any FANGurls Here, Execpt for like 2 of out Veteran Posters they are Women, but I never see gurls or atleast they are good at hiding themselfs. LoL i Guess we're steriotypes just right on Futurama. when we see a girl we scatter and hide. 8O

If you were to be completely honest... You have to admit that there is enough blame on both sides of the issue to go around. You know the old saying, "It takes two to make an argument."

I personally like AMD, and will probably still buy from them. I don't buy the latest greatest of anything because I can't afford to. (I have two kids and my wife is a stay at home mom). But if Conroe comes out at $530 and wipes the floor with the FX-60, I will probably be buying myself a nice used FX-57 or FX-60 rig on eBay for under $200. 😀 Score for me!

Seriously, it is fun to debate who is better Superman or Mighty Mouse, but in the end it comes down to personal preference, just like buying a car. I know people that research every make of every model in a category before buying anything, and I know some people who just look for a bottom line price no matter what the emblem on the truck is. To each his (or her) own.

hell yeah before intel fanboys where defending prescott a losing architecture i was laughing at them cause i was right and none of them could admit that and most were afraid to show their face but now with conroe this s**t happened mike got pissed and temp banned because of intel fanboy's spamming!,people keep falsely reporting me :evil: ,conroe kept spamming me about something i said a week ago about prescott and i got in trouble when i replyed, and still no intel fanboy here will admit that k8 beat the crap out if prescott :twisted: i admitted that conroe beat the k8 cant they do the same :roll: ! geez if am2 is gonna be 4 issue core like conroe then things should even out or if AMD gets I.B.M. to shift some researchers there way they could release an 8 issue core in just a few months( I.B.M. has been working on one since the 90's) then intel fanboys should admit that they're wrong see this is why i started my intel fanboys thread to show how stuck up intel fanboy's are (the only exception are apache and luminaris cause they admitted that amd offers better performance but intel oc's better the only reasonable intel fanboy's i met).
