I am considering buying this PSU but it has no fan control remote. Would the remote missing cause any problems. my system as of now is 350 - 600W I use more storage and peripherals though that may be pushing it, but also may come time for an upgrade. Or should I look for a different PSU?

I wouldn't invest in used PSU's though is this the PSU you're referring to;

?

If so, then that unit was made back in 2012(or slightly earlier) and that would put it past 14 years(at the time of writing). You're better off spending on a reliably built PSU.

Or should I look for a different PSU?
1| What are the specs to the build you'd want to power? Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:

2| What is your budget for your PSU purchase?
3| Where are you located?
4| What is your preferred site for purchase?

The remote broke on mine so all I did was plug the power supply's fan connector in. But later after changing the motherboard and recapping the power supply (which I do when I reuse a power supply on a new motherboard) , I put a standard 4 pin pwm fan in and ran the wire out to land on the board. I also desoldered one of the fan controller connectors to feed the pwm fan cable out.

fx 8350
forgot
sabertooth 990fx r2.0
16gb 8+4x2
3 ssd 1 hdd + more to be added
6600 rx

but there are several peripherals.

2. it can depend, i can go higher but prefer no more than $80
3. Bulgaria
4. i look at several sites because the prices vary.

by the way i ordered the psu and received a different one that was dusry, it had a title of the one i received and the box of +300 of the same, and ahd a differnt PSU on the image. so i lost about $10 and my time to return it. maybe should have kept and resold it with accurrate information but idk what was the best decision.
