I just bought a system with an i5 9400f, 8gbs of T-Force Delta RGB (1x8), galax 1050ti oc, gigabyte b360n aorus gaming wifi, and a 600 watt 80 plus bronze stock psu from the inwin a1 mini itx case. after about 3 weeks or so my fps on all of my games suddenly decreased. I only fixed it by removing/reinstalling the gpu but after 2 days the problem is here again. What causes this fps decrease and how to fix it permanently? I dont want to keep on removing and reinstalling my gpu again and again whenever this problem occurs. Thanks

You can check some voltage (and ither ) sensor readings this way,

download hwinfo64,
install and open it,
check "sensors-only",
click "run".
maybe even post a picture of them,
You can use Imgur to post a picture here, use the "img" link.
Click "new post" ->choose "upload images" -> "browse" ->choose the picture and click "open" ->put cursor on the picture that you uploaded->choose "share links" and copy the img link, paste it in your next post.
is software readings so not always accurate, but it might give an indication.
With reinstalling you mean gpu or it's drivers?

Make sure you have the latest bios for the motherboard and drivers as well.

Maybe unrelated, but check if the cooler for the cpu is still seated well. Or check temps,
